If you encounter a problem with the product you have purchased, it is sufficient to send your invoice, pictures showing the problem and an e-mail describing your complaint to [email protected] before delivering the product to the service point. Our After Sales Service team will contact you as soon as possible and guide you to solve your problem.

Regarding the warranty coverage, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following points.

All of our products are guaranteed for 2 years against defects caused by parts or manufacturing. The buyer is obliged to deliver the product together with the invoice to the nearest authorized service, agency or dealer in order to benefit from this service.

Only the product itself is covered by the warranty, not the contents.

Locks prevent accidental opening of the product, but do not prevent it from being stolen or lost.
Damages caused by wear, abrasion, abuse and misuse, damage to the product by contact with acid, solvent (solvent) or water, transportation or accidental exposure to high temperatures during travel are not covered by the warranty.
If there is damage caused by the above non-warranty reasons, the product should be delivered to one of our service centres, agents or dealers. At this stage, the product will be repaired if there is any existing part, provided that the costs belong to the buyer.

    If your luggage is damaged during your air travels!

    If the damage of the suitcase is of a type that will be noticed immediately (breakage of the trunk, wheel or handle, loss of goods in it), without leaving the arrival hall, you can apply to the station lost and found offices with your travel ticket, baggage tag and ID. REQUEST is created. Please note that all journeys and luggage must be insured by airline companies. For damages and missing transactions that cannot be noticed immediately, an application must be made to the carrier in person and in writing within 7 days from the date of travel. Damages caused by the carrier are not covered by the warranty. For this reason, please keep a copy of your invoice, if possible, on one side of your suitcase for the lifetime of your product, even if your warranty has expired.
